Our Center for Innovation, Research and Development, developed the COVID-19 Telemedicine app that allows citizens to have the assistance of doctors and specialists at a distance when they suspect or suffer from symptoms of Coronavirus, this in coordination with the 9-1-1 Emergency Centers (C5).
Its use is simple, once the citizen has created a profile and determines a georeferencing, the app allows to generate:
- A self-diagnosis of COVID-19 and receive the result of his or her diagnosis generating a tracking number to follow up on each case
- Make a video call, as well as an emergency call to the state 9-1-1 Emergency Service Centers
- GPS positioning record of the citizen
- Check information about COVID-19, in order to guide and channel people with COVID-19 conditions or symptoms to provide support through the Operations Center (specialized personnel), from the comfort of your Smartphone
